§ 10-101. Adoption of state regulations.

(a)

Except as otherwise provided in this article, the Air Pollution Control Regulations (such regulations hereinafter referred to as the Air Pollution Regulations), duly adopted by the Oklahoma State Department of Health under the authority of the Oklahoma Clean Air Act, 63 O.S. § 2002 and 75 O.S. 1971, 301-325, are hereby incorporated into the Code of the City of Norman, Oklahoma, with the same force and effect as if fully set out in this subsection.

(b)

The Air Pollution Regulations shall not become effective until at least three (3) copies thereof have been filed in the Office of the City Clerk for examination by the public.
