§ 10-111. Variances.
(a)
Variances from the strict provisions of this article may be granted when conditions exist beyond the control of the alleged violator and such conditions are not self-imposed.
(b)
Variances shall be for a specified time not to exceed ninety (90) days. Upon expiration of a variance, one (1) additional variance may be granted not to exceed an additional ninety (90) days.
(c)
All variances granted shall apply only to the applicant and are not transferable, and are subject to review and revocation by the Board.
