§ 13-102. Display of license.

(a)

All persons who obtain a required license under this chapter shall post and maintain such license upon the licensed premises in a conspicuous place.

(b)

Should any insignia be issued by the Clerk for use in connection with the business premises, such insignia shall be affixed on the inside glass part of the door opening on the public way.

(c)

All persons who obtain a required license under this chapter who have no licensed business premises shall carry such license upon their person, and such license shall be produced or exhibited when requested by any officer or official of the City.

(d)

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all vehicles required to be licensed or specially designated by the provisions of this chapter, shall have the applicable insignia affixed on the inside left rear windshield of that vehicle.
