§ 13-107. Expiration dates of licenses and permits.

(a)

Licenses issued prior to November 14, 1974, shall expire in accordance with previous Code provisions. Thereafter, all annual licenses shall expire at midnight on the last day of March.

(b)

All permits shall expire upon execution of the act or activity for which the permit was issued, or at the expiration time noted on the permit, whichever first occurs.
