§ 13-601. Attendant required on duty.

No person shall operate, maintain, or permit the operation of any coin-operated or self-service dry-cleaning machines for use by the public or patrons of such, or where such patrons or customers are allowed to do any dry-cleaning themselves by placing in and/or removing clothing or garments from such machines, unless a qualified attendant be on duty and present at all times that the establishment is open for business.
