§ 13-801. Code provisions adopted.

(a)

Except as otherwise provided in this article, the current edition of the Oklahoma State Department of Health, Protective Health Services, Food Service Establishment Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Food Service Establishment Regulations) is hereby incorporated into the Code of the City, with the same force and effect as if fully set out in this subsection.

(b)

The Food Service Establishment Regulations shall not become effective until at least three (3) copies thereof have been filed in the office of the City Clerk for examination by the public.
