§ 13-1404. Fire protection.

(a)

Licensees shall maintain all park areas, free of litter, rubbish, and other flammable materials.

(b)

Where the water supply system does not provide at least six (6) inch water mains, there shall be provided a two (2) inch frost-protected water riser within three hundred (300) feet of each mobile home or building.

(c)

Fires shall be made only in stoves and other cooking and/or heating equipment intended for such purposes.
