§ 13-2901. Licenses required.

Latest version.

No person shall operate or maintain any adult entertainment business, unless:
(1)

The location of the business is appropriate pursuant to Chapter 22 of the Code of the City of Norman; and

(2)

A license to operate said business has been issued by the City Clerk.

Further, the licensee does understand and agree as a condition of issuance of this license that no conduct prohibited by state statute or municipal ordinance may be allowed on the premises.
