§ 13-2717. Offense and penalty.
(a)
A person commits an offense if the person violates the terms of a street closure permit, closes a street without a permit, damages or destroys any City of Norman property or violates any provisions of this chapter.
(b)
An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable in accordance with section 13-112.
(c)
A permittee who is convicted of violating the terms of a permit issued under this chapter may not apply for or receive another permit for two (2) years after the date of revocation.
