§ 14-208. Judges salaries.

(a)

The Presiding Judge shall receive that annual salary as fixed by ordinance, paid in the same manner as the salaries of other City officials.

(b)

An associate Judge shall receive that annual salary as fixed by ordinance, paid in the same manner as the salaries of other City officials, though should that Associate Judge sit for an entire month, he shall receive a specified amount equal to the salary of the Presiding Judge in whose stead he sits.

(c)

An Acting Judge shall receive two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per court session, except the total monthly payments shall not exceed the salary of the Judge in whose stead he sits.
