§ 14-403. Jury selection.

Pursuant to 38 O.S. § 18.1.C, the Municipal Court, at the option of the Municipal Judge, may select qualified jurors for jury service according to the Jury Selection Plan of Cleveland County District Court and as approved by the Oklahoma Supreme Court. The Municipal Court Clerk shall be designated to fulfill the duties provided in the plan for the District Court Clerk.
