§ 15-602. Molesting property; exceptions.
(a)
Except as otherwise provided, no person shall:
(1)
Destroy, besmear or molest any public or private building, structure, utility transmission or distribution network, vehicle, or other means of conveyance, or any other real or personal property;
(2)
Start, occupy, enter, remain in, take, ride or drive away any vehicle or means of conveyance of another;
(3)
Place, attach, paint, mark or write upon any sign, poster, picture, advertisement, placard, or inscription upon any public or private property.
(b)
Persons excepted from the above subsection are those having the express or tacit consent of the owner or the person in charge thereof.
