§ 15-707. Strikes.

  • No person shall, for the purpose of inducing, influencing or coercing a change in the conditions or compensation or the rights, privileges or obligations of employment with the City:

    (1)

    Strike or otherwise engage in any concerted stoppage or slowdown of work;

    (2)

    Fail to report for duty;

    (3)

    Willfully be absent from his position; or

    (4)

    Otherwise abstain in whole or in part from the full, faithful, and proper performance of the duties of employment.
