§ 15-709. Unlawful use of operator or chauffeur's license.

  • It is unlawful for any person:

    (1)

    To display or cause or permit to be displayed or have in his possession any cancelled, revoked, suspended, fictitious, photostatic or fraudulently altered operator's, chauffeur's license, or identification card;

    (2)

    To lend his operator's, chauffeur's license, or identification card to any other person or knowingly permit the use thereof by another;

    (3)

    To display or represent as one's own any operator's, chauffeur's license, or identification card not issued to him; or

    (4)

    To permit any unlawful use of an operator's, chauffeur's license, or identification card issued to him.
