§ 19-312. Final plat [approval]: City council action.

A.

The City Council shall approve or disapprove the final plat. Approval shall be shown on the plat with the date of such approval and over the signature of the Mayor.

B.

If the final plat be disapproved, the reasons for such action shall be specifically stated in writing, a copy of which, signed by the Mayor, shall be transmitted with the tracing and prints to the applicant.

C.

No plat shall be approved which does not comply with this chapter.
