§ 20-204. Exceptions permitted in emergencies.

Notwithstanding any provisions of this chapter, officers of the City Police Department may direct traffic as the conditions may require:
(1)

In the event of a fire or other emergency;

(2)

To expedite traffic; or

(3)

To safeguard pedestrians.
