§ 20-402. Riding upon bicycles.

(a)

No person shall ride upon a bicycle other than astride a permanent and regular seat attached thereto, and with at least one (1) hand upon the handlebars.

(b)

No person shall carry persons upon a bicycle in excess of the number for which the bicycle was designed and equipped.
