§ 20-512. Driving: Meeting vehicles.

No person shall operate a vehicle approaching another vehicle proceeding in the opposite direction other than to pass that other vehicle to the right, giving that other vehicle half or as much of the main-traveled portion of the street as is nearly practicable.
