§ 20-517. Driving: Processions or funerals.

(a)

No person shall operate a vehicle so as to drive between the vehicles comprising an authorized procession or funeral while such vehicles are in motion and conspicuously designated as required by subsection (b).

(b)

No person operating a vehicle in a procession or funeral shall operate that vehicle other than:

(1)

Driving as nearly to the right-hand edge of the roadway as practicable;

(2)

Following the other vehicle as closely as practicable; and

(3)

Displaying full headlights.
