§ 20-521. Driving: Right-of-way at intersection.

(a)

No person shall operate a vehicle approaching an intersection other than to yield the right-of-way to any other vehicle which has entered that intersection from a different street or highway.

(b)

No person shall operate a vehicle entering the same intersection at approximately the same time other than yielding the right-of-way to any vehicle on the right of that person.
