§ 20-529. Passing: In no passing zone.

No person shall operate a vehicle so as to pass another vehicle in any designated no-passing zone, indicated either by yellow or other warning stripes within that person's lane of traffic, or by signs designating a no-passing zone except when lane is obstructed.
