§ 20-814. Negligent parking.

Latest version.

No person shall park, cause to be parked, stop or leave unattended any vehicle:
(1)

In such a manner as to endanger life, limb, person or property;

(2)

In such a manner as to endanger or interfere with the lawful traffic course of the streets.
