§ 21-109. Proration of minimum rates and charges for partial service.

The minimum capital improvement charge and the minimum sanitation, sewer and water service rates shall be prorated within the following guidelines:

Length of Service (days)	Minimum Charge
1 to 7	¼
8 to 15	½
16 to 23	¾
Over 23	Full
