§ 4-502. Expenditures of City funds; compensation; reimbursement of expenses.

(a)

The Board of Park Commissioners shall neither authorize nor incur the expenditures of any City funds for any purpose except as may be authorized and appropriated therefor by the Council.

(b)

Members of the Board of Park Commissioners are entitled to reimbursement for their actual and necessary expenses, so long as those expenses were incurred in the performance of their duties as Board members.
