§ 8-509. Returns.

(a)

Every operator shall file with the Controller a return of occupancy and of rents and of the taxes payable on a per-month basis. Said return shall be due from the operator and taxes payable thereon to the Controller within fifteen (15) days of the tax period accounted for in such return and is past-due thirty (30) days from the date.

(b)

The operators will deposit these specific funds in a separate account for remission to the City.
