§ 3. Removal of Mayor and Councilmembers.

The Mayor or any Councilmember shall be subject to removal from office in the manner and for the same cause or causes as provided by the Laws of the State of Oklahoma for the removal of county officers, it being intended hereby to provide cumulative procedure and cause for removal. In the event of a vacancy in the office of Mayor, the Mayor Pro Tem shall serve as Mayor with all the powers and duties vested in the Mayor until such vacancy is filled as provided for by appointment or election as provided herein.
