§ 12. Penalty for altering or tampering with Code.

Any person convicted of altering, changing, or amending the Code adopted by this ordinance except in the manner prescribed by this ordinance, or who is convicted of altering or tampering with said Code in any manner so as to cause the provisions of said Code to be misrepresented thereby, shall be punished by a monetary fine in an amount no less than $20.00 nor more than $100.00.
