§ 10-206. Sanitation and sewerage in Little River watershed a nuisance.
(a)
The City elects to come under the provisions of Title 63, 0.S. 1971, § 1-912, and reserves the concurrent and coexistent right to also enact rules and regulations governing sanitation within the reservoir and drainage basin of the Little River, insofar as those regulations do not conflict with such rules and regulations of the Oklahoma State Board of Health; it being the intent of the City to comply with and avail itself on the rights and benefits of Title 63, O.S. 1971, § 1-912.
(b)
No person shall discharge or permit or continue the discharge of any sewage [as defined by 63 O.S. 1971, § 1-901(b)] sewage effluent, whether from a water closet, sewage-treatment plant or other sources or systems, into or upon any lands constituting the watershed or drainage basin of the Little River, the Little River Reservoir, or the tributaries leading or flowing into said river or reservoir; and the continued existence of such discharge shall constitute a public nuisance.
