§ 13-2303. License criteria.

Latest version.

Any salvage yards in existence at the time of the passage of this section may be issued a City license provided:
(1)

The existing facility is maintained in good condition.

(2)

Said license may be renewed, but may not be assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred unless the licensed location complies with all the provisions of Chapter 22 of the Code.
