§ 19-317. Final plat: City Council action.

Latest version.

A.

Before recording the final plat, it shall be submitted to, and accepted by, the City Council.

B.

Acceptance of the plat shall be shown over the signature of the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk or Deputy City Clerk, in accordance with section 19-316.A.

C.

The rejection of any such plat shall be deemed a refusal of the proposed dedications shown thereon.
