§ 19-504. Building permit.

A.

No building permit shall be issued for any lot prior to the construction of all public improvements as are required by this Code and which have been accepted by the City, except as may be provided for in section 19-602 of this Code.

B.

No building permit shall ever be issued for any structure on any tract of land which has not been, when required, subdivided or platted in accordance with this Code.

C.

No building permit shall be issued for any development on any tract of land for which a site plan is required, unless such development is in conformity with the approved site plan.
