§ 19-505. Fencing and permanent evergreen plant screening.

All fencing and permanent evergreen plant screening required by this chapter shall be installed in accordance with specifications of the City of Norman and in accordance with the following provisions:
A.

Required fencing and permanent evergreen plant screening shall be completed following the installation of the required streets, sidewalks, drainage and utility construction in the adjacent right-of-way.

B.

Such fencing and plants shall be installed prior to the occupancy of any dwelling unit located on any lot adjacent to the fence.
