§ 20-129. Through streets.

A through street is a street or portion thereof upon which vehicular traffic is given preferential right-of-way, and at the entrance to which vehicular traffic from intersecting streets is required to come to a stop before entering or crossing, pursuant to signs properly erected as provided in this chapter.
