§ 7-119. Filing complaints.
(a)
A person claiming to be aggrieved by a discriminatory practice may file with the commission a written complaint stating that a discriminatory practice has been committed, and setting forth the facts upon which the complaint is based, and setting forth facts sufficient to enable the Commission to identify the person charged, hereinafter called the respondent. The Commission, by majority vote, may also initiate investigation and processing of a complaint filed by a member of the Commission.
(b)
The Commission or members of the Commission or staff shall promptly furnish the respondent with a copy of the complaint.
(c)
The complaint must be filed within ninety (90) days after the alleged discriminatory practice occurs.
