§ 15-403. Adults not to allow or permit the violation of section 15-402; presumptions.
(a)
No parent, guardian or other adult having the care or custody of a person under eighteen (18) years of age shall knowingly allow or permit said person to violate the provisions of section 15-402 of this Code.
(b)
Proof that any person under eighteen (18) years of age is abroad and in violation of section 15-402 of this Code shall constitute a rebuttable presumption of the acquiescence of the responsible adult for said person to be in that prohibited place at that prohibited time.
