§ 15-404. Harmful deception.

  • No person shall deceive another whether such be by impersonation, misrepresentation, or otherwise, when such deception results in or contributes to:

    (1)

    Loss, damage, harm or injury to the person deceived, his property, or to a third party; or

    (2)

    The benefit of the deceiver.
