An Ordinance of the Council of the City of Norman, Oklahoma, Adopting and Enacting the Code of the City of Norman; Oklahoma, 1976, Published by the Authority of the Council of the City of Norman, Oklahoma; Containing the Permanent and General Ordinances of the City; Repealing All Ordinances and Parts of Ordinances of a Permanent and General Nature Which Are Not Included in the Code or its Appendixes, or Otherwise Incorporated by Reference; Providing for the Correction of Previously Discovered Typographical Errors; Providing for Amendments in Sec. 5-104(d) (2), Sec. 13-108(1), and Sec. 13-1502, So as To Provide for the Deletion of an Overbroad Clause in Sec. 5-104(d) (2), So as To Provide a Pawnbroker's Regulation Fee in the Amount of $50.00 in Sec. 13-108(1), So as To Provide a Surety Bond in Lieu of a $2,000.00 Cash Amount To Be Deposited Upon Completion of the Drilling of Gas, Oil, or Disposal Wells in Sec. 13-1502; Providing for a Penalty for Wrongfully Changing or Tampering with the Code; Regulating the Supplementation of the Code; Providing for Certification of Copies of the Code, and for Sale of Copies Thereof; and Declaring an Emergency.
